New COBRA AMP CELL... Truly customize your game

Now at Haggin Oaks... The NEW COBRA AMP CELL lineup!!  This week we received the new product line from Cobra Puma Golf for our Player Performance Studio.  These clubs will not be officially released until early February.  Come in now and get fitted for your new set or pre-order the new clubs before they even hit the market.  

This year you are starting to see the Puma "color" influence on the golf clubs.  Not only are the technology features allowing you to adjust your clubs like never before, but you can customize your bag by selecting from the variety of club head colors.  

The NEW "MyFly" technology combined with the "SmartPad" allows you to pick a club head and adjust your lofts while maintaining a neutral club face.  All you have to do is find the right shaft and you have nearly 4 clubs in one which you can adjust to create your ideal ball flight for the conditions of the day.  

The "AMP CELL" technology redistributes weight to create thinner faces for added ball speed equaling greater distance, as well as stability for straighter shots.  Check out the exclusive pictures below!  I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.  I can already see what my bag is going to look like in 2013...

AMP CELL IRONS: Solid improvement from last year's Cobra irons.  More weight has been strategically placed to give you added forgiveness and distance we all are looking for.

Four color options in the AMP CELL FAIRWAY WOOD.  Heads available are 3/4 (adjustable from 13 degrees to 16 degrees) & 5/7(adjustable from 17 degrees to 20 degrees) Two draw settings also available in each head to help promote more of a draw ball flight.

Sole view shows "AMP CELL" pattern where weight has been removed and moved further back in the club head to increase MOI creating a more stable club head through impact.

The biggest surprise that I found!  These are a vast improvement from last year's hybrid.  A more neutral face and larger sweet spot makes these hybrids easy to control and hit nearly as long as a fairway wood.

Head offerings are 2/3H (16 degrees to 19 degrees), 3/4H (19 degrees to 22 degrees) & 4/5H (22 degrees to 25 degrees).  Each head also offers two draw options. 

All of the AMP CELL Driver options.  Top four are Men's color options.  Bottom two are Women's color options.  Men's drivers will be adjustable from 8.5 degrees to 11.5 degrees with two draw settings.  An Offset option will also be available for the golfer who needs to get rid of that slice.

The MYFLY window shows you the desired loft setting.  Fitting your long game distance gaps has never been this easy.  By taking your driver distance and longest playable iron distance, we are now able to adjust the fairway woods and hybrids to fill in your long game just like would with your wedges.

What Do I Get For the Golfer Who Has Everything??

Every year I get the same question... "What do I get for a golfer who has everything they need?"  Of course you can get them more golf balls and polo shirts.  Any golfer can use more golf balls and clothing, but what ball do they play?  What size do they wear?

My advice, every golfer needs a golf coach!  I want to be that Coach for the golfer in your life.  Currently I am a PGA Apprentice and in the process of becoming a PGA Professional.  I have been teaching for over 5 years and have worked with golfers of all playing abilities.  With the holidays quickly approaching a series of Private Lessons is a great gift that your special golfer will benefit from for a long time.

Cobra Announces New AMP CELL PRO Irons

Here are the New Amp Cell Pro Irons that Cobra Puma Golf is scheduled to launch at the PGA Merchandise Show in January.  The actual release date is scheduled for April 1, 2013.  These are the same irons that Rickie Fowler and Ian Poulter are going to have in the bag next year.  For those who want a traditional look but some added forgiveness the Pro Combo option would be a great fit.  You also can get the full Muscle Back iron set through Cobra custom.
